This is for all masqueraders.

There are a few things we can all do to help minimize mishaps.

Firstly know your size. This is very important...We try very hard to ensure your size is correct, however, sometimes there is a mix up on our part and sometimes our masqueraders have put an incorrect size. We will work hard to improve errors on our side.

Secondly, once you have picked your size please do not make changes. The section leader has already bought your size and decorations would probably be well underway immediately after. When you change your size the whole process does get mixed up and errors can occur.

Thirdly there may sometimes be delays as section leaders deal with a whole host of suppliers who themselves could have delays and the ripple effects goes all the way down to the day of costume give out. We will try to avoid this at all cost.

Fourthly when you come to pick up your costume please remember you cannot try on on that day. This causes numerous delays for everyone else who may be waiting. This day is not the time to try on costumes.

Fifthly, our policy is based on a pay first system so that we can keep track of the numerous bag giveouts on de day. We will however show you your costume to make sure that all is well. We welcome thoughts and suggestions on how we can improve this process for you.

Last but not least if there is anything that displeases you please I hope you can comment on my blog about it. Let us know how you feel and what is the situation so we will know the areas to improve on.

Follow these rules and I am sure your experience could be a bit more enjoyable.
